1. What did you do before serving at Christian Center? Attending CCS since 1984 when we returned to Salem from three pastoral assignments outside Oregon. Since being home, we did serve Sunday mornings as a part time pastoral position at the Oak Grove Community Church, west of Salem. I also worked at the Fred Meyer Distribution Center in Clackamas, Oregon, as a Teamster warehouseman. I retired June 30, 2003.
2. When did you begin serving at Christian Center? My appointment as Director of Senior Adult Ministries began October 1, 2003. We also led several small groups beginning is 2000.
3. What is your favorite restaurant in Salem? Have not "discovered" a favorite restaurant as of yet!
4. What do you like to do in your free time? Free time? What's that? Have lost track of that in the last few years. Family, reading, exercise, and some day, golf.
5. What is the last book you read? Or, What is your favorite music? "90 minutes in Heaven" by Don Piper. Sacred Instrumental and classical music. Very refreshing in a busy day.
