I worked for the Salem Keizer School District in Bilingual and Special Education. The most recent positions I held were Community Schools Outreach Coordinator and Community Resource Specialist. 2. When did you begin serving at Christian Center? Since January 2006 when we merged the churches. Then I came on staff working as Outreach Ministries Director in January of 2007. 3. What is your favorite restaurant in Salem? I don’t go very often, but I love to have breakfast at Busik Court! 4. What do you like to do in your free time? If I get a little free time I like to spend it with my family or read a good book. 5. What is the last book you read? Or, What is your favorite music? Well, I am reading the book of Ezekiel right now… but I actually just finished a children’s book called A Light in the Storm; The Civil War Diary of Amelia Martin by Karen Hesse. |
